A few days ago, the new website of our customer Wurzer Profiltechnik went online.
In addition to the classic design and content requirements, a new development feature was particularly interesting and challenging.
Configuration for edge division
The edged parts produced by Wurzer have a high degree of possible individualization. In addition to the color and the material type, different dimensions and angles can be defined.
In order to receive a visual impression for the user of how his later edge part will look like, based on the selected parameters (color, material, edge measurements, angles), real-time 3D models are rendered and displayed to the user. These 3-D models can then be rotated in a 360 degree view and the parameters of course adjusted again and again.
