In short, storytelling is a very effective way of involving people and communicating an important message of learning. Brain research supports this approach and underlines the importance of positive emotions in the learning process: Information can be more easily recorded, anchored and remembered in this way. My personal experience with stories as a trainer in the field of personality development is very positive. Especially when it comes to mirroring attitudes and stimulating behavioral changes I find it very helpful. And it’s fun too.
